Desciption: 304/304L welded stainless steel tube is a cost-effective tube used for both structural and pressure applications. 304 alloys exhibit high corrosion resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance and high workability. In addition, it is easy to sanitize and sterilize. Higher carbon levels in 304L decrease the weldability of the alloy. A269 is for general use and A249 is for boiler or other higher temperature use. They can have different heat treat conditions.
Application: Is used as hand rails, legs for office, kitchen, and hospital equipment and as architectural supports.

20' RL
Desciption: 316/316L welded stainless steel tube contains more nickel than 304, in addition to molybdenum, which increases corrosion resistance of the metal. Decreased weldability is exhibited in 316L alloys due to increased carbon in the alloy. It is used for tube in more aggressive environments than 304 tube. A269 is for general use and A249 is for boiler or other higher temperature use. They can have different heat treat conditions.
Application: Is used for structural applications such as handrails, machine supports for processing equipment and architectural supports.

Description: 304/304L welded stainless steel ornamental tubing is used for mechanical applications where appearance, mechanical properties, or corrosion resistance is needed. The tubes shall be made from flat-rolled steel by an automatic welding process without the addition of filler metal.
Application: Intended for use in ornamental, structural, exhaust, and other applications where appearance, mechanical properties, or corrosion resistance is needed.
