Who is WST?
WST Fab and Wisconsin Steel and Tube offer precision machining capabilities, tube fabrications and tube bending, as well as sheet metal cutting/bending and large format cutting/bending. We do work with companies like John Deere, and offer custom jobs and comprehensive service as a one-stop precision machine shop.
This is why a diverse skill set is important for our employees, and we want to help you get there! Our emphasis on employee development turned into a big success: in February 2020, we added 25,000 square feet to our shop. It went so well, we’re in the midst of another expansion expected to complete in spring 2022.
What to expect
The first day on the job, new teammates are welcomed by the HR team, the safety team and their manager and supervisor. They are provided with an HR orientation as well as a safety orientation, and an introduction to their new fellow teammates.
