    • Squareness within 1°
    • Cut lengths up to 600″
    • Length tolerance: Depending on the length of the part we can hold up to +/- 0.020
    • Deburring/chamfering services available
    • 0º to 60º miter cutting
    • Miter cutting tolerance: +/- 1º
    • Bundle cutting services available

  • Circular Cold Saw

    TWO (2) AUTOMATIC CIRCULAR COLD SAWS

    • Size range: 3/8″ to 5-3/8″ round bars; 1/2″ to 4″ square bars
    • Squareness within 1°
    • Cut lengths up to 60”
    • Length tolerance of +/- 0.005”
    • Deburring/chamfering services available

  • AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF MACHINE

    ONE (1) AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF MACHINE

    • Size range: 1/2″ to 3″ tubing
    • Length tolerance: +/- 0.15″
    • Cut lengths up to 18″
